Every two years, our client organizes an off-site incentive event for employees of the Russian office. In 2019, we offered
a number of cities accessible by direct flights with a possibility to organize an interesting busy program and provide premium customer service at all stages. The choice fell on Istanbul, where, in addition to the business part, guests enjoyed
an extensive three-day entertainment program, including
a variety of city tours, horseback riding in the national park and quad biking through the famous Belgrad Forest, a sailing regatta and a visit to a historical hammam, golf and more.
Each day ended with a lively conceptual reception. The first day, it was a Starry Night set in the ruins of Princess Esma's Palace on the Bosporus shore. On the second evening,
the guests arrived at the event site on a large ship, and the site itself – the Sait Halim Pasha mansion – turned into a real oriental bazaar for one evening. The makeshift stalls were full of various treats, and guests could play bağlama and drums with street musicians or chill and smoke hookah.
The evening program began with a spectacular whirling dervish performance on the embankment, followed by a group of musicians from the company staff who set the tone
for the party. After an informal award ceremony for the most distinguished, the party continued with a DJ set and dancing late into the night.
