Organizing Chess & Jazz festival at a high level after the break in the pandemic period, attracting new media and commercial partners and ensuring wide PR coverage.
IDEA
On July 30-31, 2022 more than 10 000 people gathered in the Hermitage Garden to enjoy good music and intellectual games. For just one weekend an open-air jazz lounge appeared in the center of Moscow, where everyone could play chess with world-class grandmasters, relax and enjoy the summer.

The agency team was responsible for the general production of the festival, engaging several sponsors and construction of their zones, coordination of media partnerships, announcement in media and Telegram channels, celebrity and guest management, inviting influencers and bloggers to visit partner zones, providing announcements and post PR publications about the festival in media and social networks with the integration of key partners.

Over two days Leonid Agutin, Feduk with a jazz program, Kito Jempere Orchestra, Zoloto, Anikv, Tosya Chaikina, Antokha MC, Pompeya and several other artists performed on the main stage of the festival.

At Chess Village by Tochka guests were able to master their strategy skills, complete a chess quest, take part in tournaments and a spectacular grand final, which brought together the best players based on the selection results. Grandmasters Vladimir Potkin and Ernesto Inarkiev held simultaneous games with the guests.

The festival’s lecture program was presented by Zen: in the exclusive “Figures of Speech” space famous speakers and guests talked about chess, eco-trends and music. Two days of fascinating discussions took place with the participation of Katya IOWA and Aurora.

The festival partner was Yandex Market with an interactive zone of the fashion space “Univermag”, in which a special emphasis was placed on conceptual designers and local brands.

In the BetBoom Playroom space guests were treated to entertainment and games for every taste, as well as the opportunity to compete with the country's main chess player Yan Nepomnyashchiy and get an autograph.

In the summer pavilion of the Hermitage Garden there was a space developed by MR Group where each guest was able to get into the lens of a society photographer and preserve memories of pleasant moments.

In the comfortable VIP lounge area, guests were able to relax and enjoy cocktails, as well as aged eleven-year-old cognac from the festival partner Koktebel, the oldest cognac house in Russia.

The total coverage of the festival in the media exceeded 640 million contacts. KPIs of partner brands mentions in the media and social networks were highly exceeded.
